Ingredients: Bread Crumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Salt, and Yeast), Whole Egg Solids, Spices (Including Red Pepper, and Parsley, Onion, Salt, and Paprika.

Mix 1/3 cup of Old Bay Salmon Classic and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Gently mix in 1 can (14 3/4oz) of salmon or 1 lb fresh cooked salmon, skin and bones removed. Shape into 5 cakes. Broil or panfry until golden in color.
Use prepared Salmon Classic as filling for salmon puffs or as a filling for pasta shells. You may substitute tuna for salmon for tuna cakes. Use with canned crab meat to make a colorful crab cake that tastes great too.
