Pickled Eggs Ingredients

• 18 - 24 hard boiled eggs, peeled

Brine

• 2 cup each Pickled beet juice and dill pickle juice that you've saved
• 2 cup cider vineger
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp pickling spices
• 12 - 18 whole black peppercorns
• 1 tsp dill weed (or dill seed)
• 3 tsp mustard seed

To make Pickled Eggs

1. Place all brine ingredients in a large pot, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-8 minutes at a rapid boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Pour the brine into a 1 gallon jar.
3. Slowly add eggs to top of jar.
4. Let sit for several days.
