The manufacturer B&G Foods has recently changed the brand name from Tones to Members Mark for the Chili Powder.  This is the same great product with a new brand name.

Chili Powder is a blend of mild chili peppers and spices commonly used to seasoning southwestern and Latin dishes such as Chili Con Carne. Generally, Chili Powder does not have heat of hot pepper so for hotter flavor add cayenne pepper to taste. Use Chili Powder in soups, stews and sauces.

Tips for using Chili Powder:

• Use 2 to 3 tbsp of Chili Powder in 4 cups of Chili Con Carne.
• Add Chili Powder to Spanish Rice, Tomato Juice, Soup and Barbecue Sauce
• Use Chili Powder in Mexican-style Dishes
• Make Red Beans and Rice using Chili Powder as the seasoning.
