Tuscan Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon Tone's^® Tuscan Garlic Blend
• 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
• 4 thick slices Italian bread, focaccia bread OR Texas toast
• 1 cup pasta sauce
• 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat broiler on high.
2. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons seasoning over both sides of the chicken.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
4. Add chicken and cook for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once until chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.
5. Brush remaining olive oil over both sides of Italian bread slices and season with 1 teaspoon seasoning.
6. Place bread on baking sheet. Broil on High for 1 to 2 minutes until bread is lightly toasted, turn and toast other side for 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Heat pasta sauce until hot.
8. Place a chicken breast on each slice of bread.
9. Top with sauce, slice of Mozzarella cheese and Parmensan cheese.
10. Broil sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese has melted.
