Chipotle Chicken or Steak Kabobs

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons Weber Bold Chipotle Seasoning
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 oil
• 2 pounds chicken pieces or steak cut into 2 inch chunks
• 8 ounces fresh button mushrooms
• 1 medium sweet onion cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 1 each red and green bell pepper - cored, seeded and cut into 2 inch pieces

1. Combine Weber Bold Chipotle Seasoning, Water and Oil in a ziploc bag and blend well.
2. Add Chicken or Steak and vegetables to bag and gently toss to completely coat chicken and vegetables.
3. Marinade at least 15 minutes turning occasionally.
4. Remove chicken or steak and vegetables from bag and put on a plate.
5. Discard remaining marinade.
6. Skewer chicken or steak on kabobs
7. Skewer vegetables alternating vegetables on kabobs
8. Place kabobs on grill medium direct heat.
9. Turn kabobs to cook on all sides approximately 10 - 15 minutes.  Thoroughly cook chicken to 165 degrees. Cook steak to desired doneness.
10. Remove kabobs and enjoy with rice.
