Zatarain's Southern Style Crispy Breaded Fish-Fri Recipe

• 2 cups milk
• 6 tbsp Zatarain's Creole Mustard
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 cups Zatarain's Crispy Southern Style Fish-Fri

1. Combine milk, Zatarain's Creole Mustard and lemon juice in a shallow dish.
2. Place Zatarain's Southern Style Fish-Fri in another shallow dish.
3. Dips fish into milk and mustard mixture, and coat with Southern Style Fish-Fri.
4. Fry in 375°F oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle fish with black pepper before serving. Serve with hot sauce, if desired.
   Recipe makes enough breading for about 3 pounds of catfish.

Baking Directions for Zatarain's Southern Style Crispy Fish-Fri

1. Preheat Oven to 450° F.
2. Brush 1 pound of fish fillets on both sides with oil.
3. Pour Zatarain's Fish Fri onto a plate.
4. Roll fish in Fish-Fri until evenly coated and discard any remaining Fish-Fri.
5. Place fish pieces on a non-stick shallow baking pan (or a shallow baking pan covered with non-stick aluminum foil).
6. Spray top of fish with an cooking spray.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
