Lawry's Perfect Blend Seasoned Rub for Seafood and Poultry adds the zesty flavors of lemon, rosemary, black pepper, and garlic to fish, poultry and vegetables.

Ingredients: Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Spices (including Black Pepper, Rosemary, Parsley, Dill), Citric Acid, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Lemon Peel, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oils, Natural Flavor, Riboflavin (Color). Allergy Information: Contains Soy.
Perfect Grilling and Charbroiling
- Shake or rub Perfect Blend onto fish steaks, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or turkey steaks before grilling, baking or broiling.
- Season chunks of fish with Perfect Blend and then skewer for charboiling.
- Skewer shrimp for grilling, brush with olive oil and then season with Perfect Blend.
- Toss scallops with Perfect blend and olive oil and then skewer for easy handling on the grill.
Perfect Rotisserie, Roasting and Baking
- Shake or rub Perfect Blend over entire surface and inside cavity of whole chicken or turkey using about 1 tsp per pound.
- Shake Perfect Blend over chicken pieces.
- Toss chicken wings and drummettes with Perfect Blend before cooking.
Perfect Frying
- Season flour with Perfect Blend and then dredge fish before frying.
- Sprinkle Perfect Blend over fish and shrimp after frying.
- Season your flour or breading mixture with Perfect Blend for fried chicken.
