McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning is an exciting blend of spices and herbs which makes for quick and easy preparation of flavorful meatloaves, meatballs, and Salisbury steaks. McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning is a blend of bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, yeast, and salt), onion, salt, spices, garlic, sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, parsley, citric acid, caramel color, hydrolyzed corn gluten, soy protein, and wheat gluten, and natural flavors.
To Make Meatloaf with McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning
- Mix 2 pounds of ground beef, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup each of Meatloaf Seasoning and bread crumbs.
- Form meatloaf mixture into a loaf on a flat baking pan.
- Top loaf with 1/2 cup of prepared ketchup.
- Bake the meatloaf in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
