Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste is a richly flavored mix of Asian seasonings that adds robust flavors to meals. Aromatic herbs such as lemongrass, galangal (Thai ginger) and fresh red chilis are harvested at their peak of freshness and carefully blended with fragrant spices for the perfect balance of flavors to make Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste. Use Red Curry Paste as a stir-fry seasoning, a soup base or with coconut milk to create a delicious Thai curry. Add a teaspoon or Red Curry Paste to your favorite marinades for a bit of spiciness.

Thai Red Curry Chicken Recipe

• 1 3/4 Cup Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
• 1/2 to 1 tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
• 1 to 2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1/3 cup chicken stock
• Fresh basil

1. In a large saucepan simmer the coconut milk and red curry paste* over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken, fish sauce**, brown sugar**, bamboo shoots, frozen peas and chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with Jasmine Rice.
   Recipe makes 2 to 4 servings.
   *Start with a very small amount of red curry paste and increase gradually to desired spice level.
   **Vary amount of fish sauce and sugar to your taste.
