Instructions for using Adolphs Tenderizer
Meat Tenderizers stop working when food is heated. So generally tenderizers should only be used shortly before cooking.
- Be sure the surfaces of meat are moist.
- Shake Adolph's Tenderizer generously and evenly, covering all surfaces of meat. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Do not add salt.
- Pierce meat deeply at 1/2" intervals on all surfaces to insure deep down tenderness.
- Bake, Broil or Grill immediately.
Note: For thicker cuts of meats, let stand for 30 minutes before cooking.
