Emeril's Bam Burger Hamburger Seasoning has the perfect blend of herbs and seasonings to kick your burgers, meatloaf, and meatballs up another notch.

Directions for fresh ground beef: Add 2 tbsp Bam Burger Seasoning to each 1 pound of fresh ground beef. Mix into meat thoroughly and then form into hamburger patties. Grill, broil or pan fry over meadium heat to desired doneness (USDA recommends cooking until internal temperature reaches 165° F.)

Directions for ready made hamburger patties: Sprinkle both sides of hamburger patties generously with Emeril's Bam Burger Seasoning before cooking.  Follow package directions for cooking instructions.
