All of your dinner's sound sooooo lovely, it makes our steak and salad with new potatoes sound rather boring.
I am off work tomorrow, so I think I might make an effort and try something different But not sure what yet..

I tilled the gardens yesterday so felt lazy around dinner time so I just grilled burgers.

My father in law is getting his garden all tilled and ready to go to. I have my herb seeds ready to put out very soon. Jon and I got some of the long planter boxes for the balcony for my herbs to put out there and I picked up tons of basil, parsley, cilantro, dill and others to out out in the garden. I sill need to get a big pot because I plan to put one of those sweet 100 tomato plants out there. I always wanted to before but held off because of the landlord frowned about it. But he has since allowed people here to put out mismatched tables and chairs and anything else they can think of to sit and smoke so Im getting my tomato plant this year

Tomorrow Im making roasted chicken, baked mac and cheese and sundried tomato focaccia.

Roasted oranges? That sounds different. Jfain, do you roast them to caramelize them?

Well I bought a bunch of oranges at the store and unfortunately they weren't very good. I like my oranges to be kind of tangy but these had no acid at all. So I've been trying to find a way to use them up. I find that if you slice them into rounds, drizzle them with balsamic and roast them they flavor is much better.
