I made the Creamy Beefaroni last night for dinner using Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage.
It's a toss up here Kev. I like both Jimmy Dean and Bob Evans sausage.
I didn't cook tonight, worked all day I ordered out, Italian Beef with sweet peppers and cheese fries and got another order of combination, Italian Beef with Italian sausage with sweet peppers. For desert I had a cannoli in the car (so-hungry :eek:) It had pistachios on it and then they asked me do you want it dipped in chocolate or plain, 
I just got plain because I ate it in my car. It was so Good! Brought Home sandwiches and split a Irish beer.

I made cornbread with kale greens. I baked the cornbread in my fav iron skillet with a little bacon grease. We had buttermilk fried chicken with it. I always marinade my chicken in buttermilk, LOTS of Frank's Hot Sauce, minced garlic, salt and lots of pepper. I marinade it atleast overnight. We have some greens in the garden already. In a few days Ill be able to get some fresh thyme from the garden. My rosemary bushes did not survive the winter. That bad ice storm we had killed them.
