Mm, Good!! Cookie 
THURS. 04/16/09: From last night's cook-out at my sister's I brought home a left-over brochette of bacon-wrapped shrimp, so tonight I'm pulling them off the skewer and piling them onto a big spinach salad w/ split grape tomatos, hard-cooked egg, cubes of mango and crumbled bleu.
I'm making chocolate-chunk/oatmeal cookies for a school group of my nephew's too, so chances are many cookies will need sampled just to make sure I get them right!

DH is digging up the basement so we will probably not be having sit down dinners for a while.

Thanks for the idea, I was thinking about putting bacon into the pot or some smoked sausage, or ham, next time I make split-pea soup I will try that. Cookie
