Easy Butter and Nut Cake Recipe:

1 package (18 1/4 ounce) cake mix
1 tablespoon McCormick Imitation Vanilla Butter and Nut Flavor

Make cake according to directions on cake mix box
Mix in 1 tablespoon McCormick Imitation Vanilla Butter and Nut Flavor into cake mix
Bake cake according to directions on cake mix box

Sour Cream Pound Cake Recipe:

2/3 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 tablespoon McCormick Imitation Vanilla Butter and Nut Flavor
2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat butter, sugar and sour cream in large bowl with mixer on medium until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in McCormick Imitation Vanilla Butter and Nut Flavor.
Gradually beat in flour and baking soda on low until well mixed.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake in oven 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.

Makes 12 Servings.
