Maple Mustard
Combine 3 cups brown sugar, 1 tbsp Imitation Maple Extract and 1/2 cup light brown sugar. Mix weel, and allow to stand for 30 minutes before using. Use as a sandwich spread or glaze for turkey, ham and pork. Makes 4 cups.
Maple Baked Beans
Combine 12 cups prepared baked beans with 1/3 cup Imitation Maple Extract and 1/2 cup light brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve Hot.
Maple Bacon BBQ Sauce Recipe
Combine 6 cups barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp McCormick Imitation Maple Extract, 1/3 cup cooked and chopped bacon and 1/3 cup light brown sugar in a 2 quart sauce pot. Stir to combine well. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with beef, chicken, pork and shrimp. Makes 24 2oz servings.
Maple Cream Recipe
Combine 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar in a mixing bowl. Using a balloon wire whip, whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Add 1 tsp McCormick Imitation Maple Extract. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Store in refrigerator until use.
