You can use Lawry's Spicy Buffalo Wings Seasoning in two ways. First, it can be used as a dry rub for your wings by simply sprinkling over the cooked wings. Or, in a second way, mix Lawry's Spicy Buffalo Wings Seasoning with hot water to make a sauce and then use the sauce to season the cooked chicken wings. You can use Lawry's Buffalo Wings Season to season more than just chicken wings, use for any piece of chicken, breast, thighs, and drumsticks too.

Directions per 1 pound of chicken wings wings:

1. Just like the original Buffalo Style Chicken Wings, Lawry's Buffalo Seasoning is added just before serving.
2. Cook wings until internal temperature reaches 185°F.
3. For dry rub wings toss cooked wings with 1-2 tablespoons of Lawry's Spicy Buffalo Wings Seasoning.
4. For saucy wings combine 2 tablespoons of Lawry's Spicy Buffalo Wings Seasoning with 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water and toss with cooked wings.

Other uses. Lawry's Spicy Buffalo Wings Seasoning can also be used for:

• Spice up your favorite condiment such as ketchup or mustard by adding 2 tablespoons to your favorite condiment.
