McCormick Old Fashioned Pot Roast Seasoning. Make a delicious, savory Pot Roast simply and easily with McCormick Pot Roast Seasoning.  Simply sprinkle seasoning over both sides of meat, and then bake in a 325° F. oven for 3 hours.  Use 1 tbsp of seasoning per pound of beef. Add more or less seasoning to taste.
