McCormick placed a new twist to the savory intense flavor of traditional black pepper combining with the natural flavor of smoke. Was great on beef & Ribs!

• Smokehouse Black Pepper was great as a shake-on at the table or when broiling, roasting, baking or grilling. Shake on steak, burgers, chicken, pork chops or potatoes either before or after cooking.
• Smokehouse Black Pepper added a flavorful enhancement for hearty game meats, beef and pork.
• One could make a great tasting marinade by substituting McCormick Smokehouse Black Pepper for ground pepper in any marinade recipe.

Smokehouse Burger Recipe

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 tablespoon McCormick Minced Onions
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon McCormick Smokehouse Black Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Salt

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend Well.
2. Shape into 4 beef patties.
3. Broil, grill or pan-fry until cooked to 160°F.
4. Serve on rolls and top with additional Smokehouse Pepper and your favorite hamburger toppings such as shredded lettuce, sliced onion, sliced tomato, ketchup, mustard, etc.

Update to recipe: Add 1/4 tbsp liquid smoke to the recipe
