Cooking Instructions for McCormick Taco Seasoning

Recipe Size	Ground Beef	Taco Seasoning	Water
2 Cups	1 lb	1/4 Cup	3/4 Cup
10 Cups (2 1/2 Quarts)	5 lbs	1 1/4 Cups	3 3/4 Cups

Taco Meat Cooking Directions:

1. Brown Ground Beef (or chicken or turkey), Drain off fat.
2. Stir in McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix and water.
3. Simmer 5 minutes for a small batch (1 to 2 lbs), and (more than 2 lbs) 20 minutes for larger batches.
