While it is relatively easy to use less salt in your meals, retaining the flavor requires a lot of expertise. McCormick, the flavor experts, have blended this lower sodium blend of herbs and spices to a high standard. It's been tested with foodservice operators, and back-of-the house restaurant staff from all segments of the food industry. McCormick listened to the feedback, made adjustments to the formula and the result is this blend that 94% of respondents felt met their needs, 97% felt was versatile and 100% said would use daily.
