Tones/Members Mark Minced Onions if cut for quick and convenient use. It's composed of small pieces of dehydrated pure onions. You can use minced onion in any recipe that calls for fresh onion. Add directly to soups and stews, or rehydrate for other recipes.
To rehydrate: Soak dehydrated minced onion in twice as much cold water for 10 minutes, then drain. 2 tbsp dried Minced Onion = 1/3 cup fresh minced onion (about 1 medium onion, chopped).
