Durkee Grill Creations® Grill Seasoning for Beef brings the great flavors of the grill to any food. It's a blend of Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, bell peppers, black pepper and spices that produces a unique flavor treat.
Recipe: Marinated T-Bone Steak
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 2 tbsp Durkee Grill Creations Grill Seasoning
- 1 pound T-Bone Steak
Combine the oil, water, vinegar, and Grill Seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag. Blend well. Add the T-Bone Steak to the bag, seal, and turn bag over several times to distribute seasoning. Place bag in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Turn T-Bone over after about 15 minutes. Marinading for a longer period will allow for a more flavorable steak. When ready to cook, remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
