• For baking: Mix Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs with a little bit of olive oil. Add desired seasonings such as ground spices, herbs, and grated hard cheeses or chopped nuts. Sprinkle mixture over your casserole and bake.

Recipe for Crunchy Fried Shrimp

• 3 large eggs
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 pound jumbo raw shrimp
• 1-1/2 cups Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs
• Olive Oil

1. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until frothy.
2. Mix flour, salt and pepper in another medium bowl.
3. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, shake off excess flour.
4. Dip coated shrimp into eggs and coat both sides with Panko, pressing Panko onto shrimp.
5. Pour enough oil into large heavy pot to reach a depth of 2 inches and heat to 350° f.
6. Working in batches, add shrimp to hot oil and deep-fry until cooked through (about 1 minute)
7. Remove shrimp from oil and drain on paper towels.
8. Arrange shrimp on a platter.

Makes 3 to 4 servings of Panko Coated Shrimps (prawns)
