Recipe for Prime Rib Roast
- 1 Prime Rib Roast
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Heat oven to 500°
- Season Prime Rib Roast with Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Place Prime Rib Roast in a shallow roasting pan
- Place roast in oven, and immediate lower thermostat to 350°
- Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes per pound until internal temperature is 155°
- Remove roast from oven, and allow to rest 20 minutes for carving. Internal temperature will rise to 165°
- Serve with a salad and baked potato with Sour Cream and Chives
