Spatini Spaghetti Sauce Mix 15oz 425g - Seasoning for Fresh Italian Sauce
Spatini is a blend of all natural herbs and spices. Spatini has no added MSG. All Natural.
Use Spatini with any kind of tomatoes, fresh or canned, to make homemade spaghetti sauce in minutes. This package is a foodservice bulk package contain 15oz of Spatini Mix equivalent to about 6 cartons (18 envelopes) of Spatini Retail Packaging. Use 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp bulk Spatini to be equal to one envelope of Spatini Retail Packaging. Recipes are included below for full package (15 oz) to make restaurant size portions, and farther below for Home Size 1 pint servings.
Use Spatini to add zip to spaghetti sauces that come in a jar. For tastier Italian Sauces add some Spatini to the jar.
Spatini also adds zest to soups, stews, casseroles, salads, pizzas, meatloaf, hamburgers and more.
Preparation Directions for Making 2 1/2 Gallons Meatless Spaghetti Sauce

- In a large saucepot, combine all ingredients.
- Heat, then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Makes about forty (40) 1 cup servings
Recipe Directions for Making 1 Quart Spaghetti Sauce
| WITH TOMATO SAUCE |
| 1 15oz can tomato sauce |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 1/4 cup Spatini Seasoning |
| 1 lb lean ground beef, ground chicken or ground turkey |
| 1/2 cup diced onion |
| 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms |
- In a lightly oiled 2 quart saucepan, cook onion and mushrooms for 2 - 3 minutes, until onions are translucent.
- Add meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned. Break up meat using spatula, into tiny pieces.
- Add Spatini Seasoning, tomato sauce and water. Stir Well. Simmer uncovered for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with favorite pasta, fresh Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.

Each retail box of Spatini contained 3 envelopes, each making 1 pint of Spaghetti Sauce. Total net weight was 2.4 oz, so each individual packet contained:
- 0.8oz which is equal to 8 tsps.
- Which is also equal to 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Directions for making Spatini (from retail 3 packet box)
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 envelope (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) Spatini Seasoning Mix, 1 tbsp oil (optional), desired tomotoes and water from tables below.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring frequently, as directed below.
- Makes 1 pint of Spatini Spaghetti Sauce (Four 1/2 cup servings).

Spatini Dip Italiano Recipe
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix 1 envelope (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) Spatini Seasoning Mix with 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream.
- Cover and Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Stir and serve with chips, crackers or veggies.
