Shake 1 tbsp Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning per 1 pound of steak, chicken, pork or shrimp (prawns).

Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade Recipe

• 1/4 cup Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning
• 1/4 cup canola or olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar -or- 2 tbsp lime juice

1. Blend together well, added to meat, place in refrigerator.
2. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight. Longer marinating will result in richer flavors.
3. Discard marinade and Cook as desired.
