This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, McCormick and Company, and is no longer available. We carry two other McCormick Spaghetti Seasonings McCormick Spaghetti Sauce Mix, Italian Herb and Lawry's Spatini Spaghetti Sauce Mix. Either product will make a flavorful spaghetti sauce.

McCormick Spaghetti Sauce Mix was a mix of seasoning for making Spaghetti Sauce in large batches. One pouch made 2 1/2 gallows of prepared sauce. The product was discontinued during the Covid pandemic as restaurant demand dropped.

Directions of Making 2 1/2 Gallons of Spaghetti Sauce

1. Combine contents of McCormick Spaghetti Sauce Mix Pouch with 1 #10 can of tomato sauce, 2 quarts of tomato paste, 3 1/2 quarts water and 1 cup salad oil. Blend well using a wire whip.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sauce comes to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Yield: 2 1/2 Gallons of Spaghetti Sauce
