McCormick Spaghetti Sauce Mix was a mix of seasoning for making Spaghetti Sauce in large batches. One pouch made 2 1/2 gallows of prepared sauce. The product was discontinued during the Covid pandemic as restaurant demand dropped.
Full Case of 6 1lb 453g
Directions of Making 2 1/2 Gallons of Spaghetti Sauce
- Combine contents of McCormick Spaghetti Sauce Mix Pouch with 1 #10 can of tomato sauce, 2 quarts of tomato paste, 3 1/2 quarts water and 1 cup salad oil. Blend well using a wire whip.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sauce comes to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Yield: 2 1/2 Gallons of Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients: Potato Starch, Salt, Lactose (Milk), Sugar, Onion, Paprika, Torula Yeast, Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Garlic Spices, Mushrooms, Lactic Acid and Natural Flavor.
