McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix in pouches. Pre-measured for seasoning 10 pounds of meat. As easy as 1 to 3. Brown the meat, blend in taco seasoning and water, return to boil then simmer for 20 minutes.

Ingredients: Onion, Whey (Milk), Potato Starch, Salt, Spices (including Red Pepper), Chili Pepper, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), Paprika, Garlic, Citric Acid and Artificial Flavor. Allergy Information: Contains Milk.

Directions for Preparing 6 quarts of Seasoned Taco Meat

1. Brown 10 pounds (4.5kg) lean ground beef.
2. Sprinkle contents of McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix Pouch over browned meat.
3. Stir in 1 quart of water.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes, Stir occasionally.
   Yields: 6 quarts (1.5 gallons, 5.7 Liters)

Entire case makes 9 gallons and seasons 60 pounds (27kg) of Taco Meat.
