The manufacturer B&G Foods has recently changed the brand name from Tones to Members Mark for the Cajun Seasoning.  This is the same great product with a new brand name.

Tones/Members Mark Cajun Seasoning (Sazonador Estilo Cajun) is an authentic, bold and spicy blend of New Orleans Louisiana spices.

Use 1 tsp of Tones/Members Mark Cajun Seasoning per pound of meat or sprinkle to taste over foods before cooking.

Ingredients: Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Salt, Paprika (Color), Dehydrated Onion, Red Pepper.

Recipe: Blackened Catfish

• 4 Catfish Fillets
• 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter or Margarine
• 3 Tablespoons Tones/Members Mark Cajun Seasoning

1. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for 10 minutes.
2. Dip 4 Catfish fillets in melted butter.
3. Sprinkle Tones/Members Mark Cajun Seasoning on Catfish fillets.
4. Place 2 of the Catfish fillets in the hot cast iron skillet.
5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until blackened and Catfish flakes easily with a fork.
   Recipe Makes 4 Servings.
