No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Refrigerate: 3 hours
- 2 packages. (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons. McCormick® Imitation Strawberry Extract
- 1 tub (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared vanilla crumb crust (6 ounce)
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and McCormick® Imitation Strawberry Extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
Strawberry Frosting: Stir 1 1/2 teaspoons of McCormick Imitation Strawberry Extract into 1 can (16oz) vanilla frosting.
