An Old Bay Seasoning with 30% Less Sodium then Original Old Bay Seasoning. Use as you would use regular Old Bay® Seasoning. For Seafood, Poultry, Salads, and Meats. This package contains 95mg sodium per serving. Original Old Bay Seasoning contains 140mg sodium per serving
Ingredients: Spices and Herbs (including Red Pepper and Black Pepper), Salt and Paprika.

- Add 2 tsp Old Bay to 1 pound ground beef to create sizzling hamburgers.
- Mix 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning into 1/2 cup of softened butter to baste on grilled or broiled fish, chicken or meats.
- Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning on French Fries, Corn on the cob, steamed vegetables and even popcorn!
Old Bay Rubbed Salmon Recipe
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tbsp canola or light olive oil
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Place salmon fillets on a non-stick aluminum foil lined baking pan.
- Brush the salmon with oil.
- Mix together the brown sugar and Old Bay Seasoning. Rub evenly over salmon fillets.
- Bake salmon in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes evenly with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
Old Bay Pasta Salad Recipe
- 2 cups small shell pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked shrimp, halved
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- Cook pasta per package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
- In a large bowl mix mayonnaise with vinegar and Old Bay Seasoning.
- Add pasta, shrimp, celery and onion. Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to let flavors blend.
- Sprinkle with additional Old Bay Seasoning, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
Old Bay Shrimp Scampi Recipe
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring often.
- Add shrimp, and Old Bay Seasoning. Cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
