The Original Old Bay® Seasoning 24oz 680g

A Chesapeake Bay area favorite. Old Bay Seasoning is legendary for its use on seafood, it tastes great with many other foods. Old Bay Seasoning is used in hundreds of crab restaurants in Maryland and Virginia.

In fact, we doubt if there is a crab house in Maryland that doesn't have Old Bay Seasoning on the table. Old Bay Seasoning is a must for blue crabs and great on shrimp, chicken, french fries, even hash browns.

Old Bay Seasoning is packaged in flavor sealed bulk container with dual flip-top lid for sprinkling or measuring.

Ingredients in Old Bay Seasoning: Celery Salt (Salt, Celery Seed), Spices (including Mustard, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay [Laurel] Leaves, Cloves, Allspice [Pimento], Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Cinnamon), and Paprika.

Recipe Barbequed Pork Chops ala Old Bay

1. Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning over top center cut pork chops turn over and repeat for the other side.
2. Place in refrigerator, and allow to sit about 30 minutes.
3. Barbeque over hot coals until done.
4. Serve with Old Bay Coleslaw Recipe or Old Bay Potato Salad Recipe

Recipe Old Bay Steamed Shrimp

1. In a 3 quart saucepan combine 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 1/2 cups water, and 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning.
2. Bring to boil, then add 1 pound deveined shrimp.
3. Stir shrimp around until coated with Old Bay Seasoning Mixture.
4. Cover, reduce heat to simmer, and cook just until shrimp turn pink.
5. Stir once more, then drain. Place shrimp on a serving dish, and serve immediately along with cocktail sauce.
