Still doing leftover Beef Barley Soup... BORRR-RING!
I made a medium rare loin of venison with dried cherry pan sauce, steamed asparagus and quinoa pilaf with herbs de provence. Pretty tasty.
I'm making a couple of homemade pan pizzas and also manicottis. I have the pizza dough rising and the pasta dough resting and waiting for the filling. Fot the maniccotti filling I'm just going to use Ricotta cheese, spinach and mozzarella. Of course I will have pepperoni with each.
My sweet heart is frying us some shrimp and french fries :p YUMMY!!!!!
