last night we had leftovers (faux Gumbo, a Weight Watchers recipe). Reheats very very nicely.
We had veggie lasagna, garlic bread, and salad.
I love veggie lasagna, but I need to play with my recipe. Mushrooms aren't so good in it; I prefer just zucchini and carrots and eggplant.

Were the mushrooms too watery? I like some spinach in my veggie lasagna. Adds a lot of nutrients and a nice bite.
We're having fish baked in foil packets with zucchini and garlic, and some rice as a side. Also broccoli with lemon and butter. And sauvignon blanc.

I don't really like mushrooms in veggie lasagna either, though I generally like them in most anything.
The flavor just seemed off, somehow.
